1.Find your biorhythm

Twelve hours of fasting in the waking period, fourteen to sixteen during sleep, then you may reward yourself with a tasty meal. Do not think of the calories you consume, and do not feel guilty about eating. Our motto is: eating with culture, leisure and enjoyment will keep you slim and fit. After ending the fasting phase, never eat more than two meals a day, and no snacks in between. A healthy body feels alternately pangs of hunger as well as of satisfaction.

Don´t forbid any food stuffs on your table, but stop eating the second you feel you have had enough! Try to avoid the feeling of being stuffed. Your body will replenish its energy needs from the food you consume. The feeling of satisfaction is your body´s way of telling you it has had enough.

2. Every step counts!

This is not an exercise programme but simply the necessity to increase your daily routine movements.

Scientific studies show that some people can eat almost anything and not gain weight because they move a lot.

3. Drink as much water as possible!

You‘ve certainly noticed how helpful it is to drink as much water as possible because it prevents hunger attacks. Another positive side-effect is that calorie-free drinks burn calories.

For your body to process two to three litres of water, you will burn 300 to 400 calories, and that is a lot of energy! We also expel fatty products from our blood stream which can cause headache, nausea and a feeling of fatigue.

Through these relatively simple steps we have awakened the sleeping primitive, calorie-burning man and woman inside us.
